INITIAL CONSULTATION: We'll discuss our hopes and vision for the photoshoot in an initial phone call so that together we can design a successful experience.

PHOTOSHOOT: The photoshoot typically takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours and includes necessary breaks to ensure your child is kept relaxed and happy. Plenty of time is allowed for feeding, changing and getting to know each other. Where possible, I prefer to use natural lighting and will work with you to determine a location that will result in the most successful images. The session may include shooting inside your home or an outdoor location such as a backyard or nearby park.

WHAT TO WEAR: Generally comfortable clothing works best but we can discuss any specific interests you have. As a rule of thumb, it's best to avoid clothing with prominent logos and for family portraits, where possible, to avoid colors that will clash. PHILOSOPHY: I believe that the best portraits come from a genuine connection and trust between the subject and the photographer. With children in particular, I find that a playful approach and familiar surroundings help establish this connection quickly. I look forward to giving you and your family images you will treasure.
